FAX-TAX SYSTEMS™ is easy to use. You simply fax us the completed tax return, W-2s and Form 8453. We input your data into our state of the art computer system and transmit the returns directly to the IRS. Within 48 hours we will notify you via fax that the return has been accepted by the IRS. Upon IRS acceptance your client can expect to receive their refund, in as fast as 2-3 business days via Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL), 10-14 business days via direct deposit, or 18-25 business days via mail.

FAX-TAX SYSTEMS™ is inexpensive to use. The cost to you for using the System is from $9.50 to $14.50 per return plus a small annual registration fee. For more specific information about our prices, please see our rates page.

Our experience has shown that clients expecting refunds of $500 or more are generally willing to pay $20 to $40 in addition to the tax preparation fee, just to receive their refund within 14 days (via Direct Deposit) of filing?a return for you of well over 200%.

We also offer Refund Anticipation Loans (RALs). The cost to your client to process a RAL is approximately $34. - $115. While this option may seem costly to your clients, it will enable them to receive their refund within 1-2 business days. Your fees, and all other fees may be deducted directly from the client?s RAL check.

To enroll in FAX-TAX SYSTEMS™, complete our application and return it to us along with your registration fee. In order to use our service, you must have or obtain a valid E-Filing Identification Number or EFIN from the IRS. If for any reason, your application (IRS Form 8633) for using e-filing or EFIN is denied by the IRS, your registration fee will be refunded.
